My journey & mission
At the age of 25, I was working in finance when I experienced burnout followed by depression. This difficult period led me inward and pushed me to seek deep answers about who I truly was.
For the first time, I embraced a gentle and holistic approach to rebuild myself: yoga, meditation, visualization, writing, therapies, energy healing… Little by little, I regained my energy and stability.
Wanting to go further and understand my true identity, I discovered astrology. I was immediately fascinated and realized it was a powerful tool for self-knowledge. Astrology helped me reveal my strengths, talents, life missions, and regain clarity and direction. It became a true turning point in my personal transformation.
A few years later, I discovered Human Design. This new approach was a revelation. Analyzing my BodyGraph taught me how to use my natural energy, both personally and professionally. I understood my mission, how to fulfill it, and how to function according to my energetic type.
Today, these two tools are my daily compasses. They allowed me to reconnect with my essence and define my life mission: supporting others as a guide, combining structure, intuition, and clarity to facilitate concrete and meaningful transformation.
